In a nutshell

Carteia is the tool that puts your venue online without reprinting anything. Your menu goes digital: guests open it by scanning a QR code you place on the table, the window or your business card. It opens on their phone, in the language of whoever is reading it, always up to date with the latest price you saved.

The win is double. You stop spending on reprints and pen corrections; the foreign tourist reads your menu in their own language and orders more, without flagging down a waiter.

Who it's for

What you can put online on day one

   Open the account. Go to carteia.app, choose Restaurateur and enter your business name, city, VAT number and email. A link arrives by email: click it and you're in, with no password to invent.

   Choose what kind of venue you are. Restaurant, pizzeria, bar, wine bar, café... Carteia adapts labels and tools to your format.

   Describe the venue. Name, address, contacts, hours. A few minutes, and you can come back to fine-tune them anytime.

   Build the menu. Add sections (Starters, Mains, Desserts...) and dishes with price and photo. Or upload your PDF menu and let Carteia read it for you (from the Osteria plan).

5. 5

   Go live and print the QR. You publish the menu, Carteia generates the QR ready to print. Stick it on the table: the first guest scans it and the experience is already live.

Is Carteia free?

Yes, there's a fully free Assaggio plan: 1 venue, 2 languages, up to 40 dishes and the Carteia watermark on the printed PDF. It's built to let you try without commitment.

When you need more, you move up a plan:

• Osteria (€8/month) — for bars, B&Bs, gelaterias and seasonal venues. Unlocks PDF menu import, a few of your own colours on the public page, and featured dishes.
• Bistro (€25/month) — the serious independent: 4 languages, continuous automatic translation, a QR code branded with your mark, a wine list and full customization.
• Ristorante (€59/month) — 1 venue included (expandable with the Extra venue add-on), advanced reservations with floor management, marketing, food cost and full analytics.
• Insegna (€129/month) and Insegna Plus (€199/month) — for chains: up to 2 and 5 venues, loyalty points, marketing automation and predictive analytics.
