Is the price I see the final price?
Yes: the figure shown is exactly what you pay, with no extra charges at checkout. We operate under the Italian flat-rate tax scheme, so VAT is not shown on the invoice. You'll receive your electronic invoice within 12 days of payment, as required by law.
Can I try it free before paying?
Yes. The Assaggio plan is free forever. On paid plans you get a 14-day trial: you can switch plans or cancel before it ends with no charge.
Am I locked into an annual contract?
No. Cancellation is self-service from your dashboard, with no phone calls or emails. Within 14 days of your first payment you're entitled to a full refund (EU withdrawal); after that, you stay active until the end of your cycle.
How long does it take to get started and bring in my menu?
Just a few minutes: upload a photo or PDF of your menu and the AI builds it for you. QR and public page are ready right away, with no technical setup.
What support do I get?
Support in Italian via email and help center. On higher plans your request gets higher priority.
Is my data safe?

What exactly does the Ristorante plan include?
1 venue included (expandable with the Extra venue add-on) and 3 collaborators, advanced reservations and real-time floor, food cost and inventory, CRM with email and campaigns, advanced analytics and 250 AI credits a month. Table orders via QR are available as an add-on at €15/month.
How do the included credits work?
Every paid plan includes a monthly credit budget (from 15 to 1,000) for AI features, PDF and exports. They reset each cycle. To carry credits over, you can buy one-shot packs valid for 12 months.
How does the 30-day free trial of the Ristorante plan work?
Until 30 September 2026 you can try the Ristorante plan with the Table orders (QR) and Booking Widget add-ons free for 30 days, with no credit card and no discount codes: sign up and start the trial from the Billing page. Nothing is charged when the trial ends: without a payment method the plan simply switches off and your data stays safe. To keep going, add a card from the billing portal before the trial ends.
